Role
You will own energy-carbon product lines around accounting, energy operations and ESG. Understand policy and customer scenes; abstract complex business into shippable, operable products. You will pull R&D, design and delivery so release cadence matches commercial goals. Strategy plus execution — a category-defining experience.
Responsibilities
- Set core energy-carbon roadmaps and stage goals
- Run customer research and a high-value scene backlog
- Write high-quality PRDs and acceptance criteria
- Define KPIs and data-driven product ops
- Close customer feedback with sales and delivery
- Track policy and competitors; adjust product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor or above in STEM or management
- 5+ years B2B SaaS product planning and delivery
- Dual-carbon policy, carbon inventory and ESG disclosure
- Full product lifecycle from research to launch
- Energy digital products preferred
- Cross-department facilitation and structured storytelling
