Zero-carbon mine · construction OS

Pass green-mine creation review. Hand over the diesel account and group KPIs

The listing, diesel cost, outage loss and group KPIs are already annual tasks. Once in place: creation files match the national standard; diesel-cost change traces to charge and swap orders; power cost, diesel cost and outage loss sit on one operating account. Equipment and dispatch remain with OEMs, mine OS vendors and safety hosts.

Mine logistics

Pit to rehab is the logistics chain. Clause assessment, charge/swap orders and the carbon ledger form one construction loop.

What the mine gets once this is built

Four results that match the mine director and energy-carbon team’s annual tasks: creation review, diesel, outages, group KPIs and downstream carbon.

01

Pass creation review and keep the green-mine listing

Current pressure

Provincial green-mine lists are scored against the matching part for each mineral. Files without page citations or data sources are not accepted. A failed review hits listing status and group KPIs.

Once in place

Self-assess and evidence against the matching part. Creation files carry page citations and export once, reducing rework and delisting risk.

02

Diesel displacement on the ledger, cost change the group can audit

Current pressure

Truck OEMs report attendance, swap counts and tonnes of diesel saved. Energy-carbon teams cannot join energy use, displaced diesel and Scope 1 cuts into one evidence set.

Once in place

Charge and swap orders post to the carbon ledger. Diesel-cost decline and abatement trace to the same orders for group review.

03

Outage loss on the operating account, so microgrid capex can be justified

Current pressure

Grid-forming storage and PV–diesel–storage plant are already on site. Loss from outages that stop stripping or hoisting never enters the operating account. Executives see islanding lights only.

Once in place

Islanding and curtailment events convert into downtime hours and output loss, shown with power and diesel cost for microgrid investment decisions.

04

One evidence set for group KPIs and downstream carbon requests

Current pressure

The group asks for carbon per tonne and new-energy haulage share. Steel mills, power plants and export concentrates ask for product-carbon figures. Site activity data has no shared boundary, so tables are rebuilt each time.

Once in place

Power, fuel and methane sit on one inventory ledger. Group KPI files and downstream disclosure reuse the same source, method and proof.

Policy and standards

In 2026 the green-mine national standard takes effect, together with NEA zero-carbon mine-district arrangements and a methane voluntary-reduction methodology.

GB/T 48132-2026

Green mine construction specification

Ten mine types, six chapters. In force 2026-10-01. Carbon accounting enters the green-and-low-carbon chapter.

国能发规划〔2026〕45 号

Energy conservation and carbon-reduction action plan

A batch of zero- / low-carbon coal mine districts by 2028; new-energy haulage and PV/wind on subsidence land.

CCER—10—001—V01

Low-concentration methane methodology

A verifiable path for underground methane into the voluntary market.

Verifiable construction outcomes

Equipment, production dispatch and year-end reports are already delivered separately. This solution supplies the verifiable results needed for creation review, diesel displacement, the carbon ledger and acceptance — for group KPIs and investment decisions.

01

Clauses match the national standard

Self-assess and evidence against the matching part of GB/T 48132. Creation files carry page citations, reducing rework.

02

Diesel displacement is verifiable

Charge and swap orders post to the carbon ledger. Changes in diesel cost and Scope 1 cuts trace to the same orders.

03

Power, fuel and methane on one ledger

One reporting period, one inventory boundary. Verification traces to source, method and proof.

04

Priority projects map to clauses

Every project answers which clause or zero-carbon mine indicator it improves, by when, and at what capex.

05

Acceptance files export once

The self-check report, evidence catalogue and creation pack are generated together. The owner files with the competent authority.

06

The operating account shows cost

Power and diesel cost, downtime-hour loss, and green-certificate / CCER potential sit on one screen for microgrid and haulage investment decisions.

Mine logistics

Mine logistics × MeetCarbon capability

Blue marks mine logistics: pit → haul → yard → plant → downstream → rehab. After a capability on the right is selected, only the stages it covers remain, joined by a line showing coverage.

Mineral configuration

Focus on haul diesel-to-electric, yard microgrid and green-mine creation. Plant efficiency and concentrate carbon sit outside this pack.

Equipment, dispatch and year-end reports are already delivered separately

MeetCarbon Cloud connects them into one construction loop: clause conformity, diesel displacement on the ledger, outage output loss, timed rehab evidence, and a single export of acceptance files.

Trucks · chargers · grid · microgrid

Huawei Digital Power, XCMG, Sany and peers deliver equipment and grid-forming plant. Runtime data is read-only.

Mining and safety

Mine OS, unmanned dispatch and safety hosts own production and trip-to-black. This solution never writes control.

Year-end reports

Consultancies compile creation files as projects. They often drift from live charge and microgrid operations.

MeetCarbon Cloud construction OS

MeetCarbon orchestrates clauses, ledgers, projects and acceptance. Complementary to OEMs and industrial OS vendors.

How capability lands on site

Current issues

Green-mine creation files lack page citations. Diesel displacement remains in OEM reports. Outages are recorded as incidents, without output-loss accounts. The group requires carbon per tonne; the site cannot produce field orders.

Energy-carbon, electrical and executives share one mine ledger: assess clauses with evidence, post charge/swap orders to Scope 1, convert islanding events into downtime hours, bind projects to clauses, and export the acceptance pack once.

Primary work

  • Creation review

Self-assess, evidence and export against the matching part

  • Diesel displacement

Displaced diesel corresponding to period energy

  • Outage loss

    Island duration against output loss

  • Group KPI

Report clause-fit rates to the group
