Grow the design system and components so multiple product lines stay consistent. Research-driven decisions that raise professionalism and brand feel.
Responsibilities
- Interaction schemes and high-fidelity visuals for core flows
- Design standards and a component library with engineering
- Interviews and usability tests to refine details
- Information architecture for readable, efficient data pages
- Requirement reviews with implementable design-tech advice
- Track launch results and iterate weak pages
Requirements
- Bachelor or above in design or HCI
- 3+ years B2B UX/UI
- Figma and componentized design
- Information hierarchy for data-dense UIs
- Energy or industrial software design preferred
- Design QA and cross-function push
