Charging operations

More than managing chargers — run every charging session

Turn stations into an operating system you can run, settle and coordinate with energy-carbon — follow one kWh from the gun to the carbon books. Finance close-out, parking + charging and fleet capabilities can open on the same platform.

Gun → ledger → people → carbon books

Software subscription or private delivery; split rules are yours; reconciliation, ledgers and invoices are traceable. Parking + charging and fleet operations included — station operating methodology and revenue data sit on the operator’s own middle platform.

01 · GunAssets and two formats

EV and two-wheeler, one operating methodology

Device onboarding, status monitoring and orders enter the same ledger; mainstream charging protocols are supported and can be extended by station and project.

Go-live wizard, configured once

Station info, device binding, tariffs and C-end display land in steps — less rework.

Two formats, one screen

EV stations and two-wheeler sites share the operating ledger; reports can compare and drill down.

Alerts become O&M tickets

Gun state and alerts on one screen; exceptions can enter the unified O&M path.

Old dependency

  • Platform vs operator permissions are unequal
  • Hard to unify across brands; two-wheeler is a second stack
  • Key data is incomplete and cannot move

Your own middle platform

  • Stations, orders and finance share one permission boundary
  • EV and two-wheeler operate on one platform
  • Mainstream protocols; operating data stays in your hands

Every kWh, its destination is clear

Not only order amounts — time-of-use tariffs, occupancy governance, payment reconciliation, split rules, cash ledgers, receivables chase and e-invoices form one loop.

Time-of-use + occupancy governance

Tariff templates apply in bulk; occupancy fees and no-charge policies keep station turnover.

Reconciliation and splits are traceable

Payment/order reconciliation and variance handling; split ratios configurable by station; ledgers searchable.

B/C invoices, same source

User applications and operator issuance share one business source — less reconciliation argument.

Sales boundary

Which charging-device protocols are supported?

Mainstream charging-device protocols; EV and two-wheeler multi-brand can onboard together. Extensible by project; sales assesses the list.

Does it include a user mini-app?

Yes — parking + charging: find, scan, pay/wallet, membership coupons, invoices and parking-related capabilities, deliverable by brand and domain.

How are fleets managed?

Enterprise fleet organisation, accounts, drivers and vehicles; charging reports and invoicing follow the operating methodology. Admin and driver dual views land on the user end; sales assesses setup by scale.

How is occupancy fee collected?

Configurable occupancy fees and no-charge governance; overtime occupancy becomes occupancy orders and enters finance methodology. Rates and chase rules are per station; sales can demo.

How does this relate to a charger OEM’s own platform?

This product is the operator’s own operating middle platform. After devices connect, stations, orders, finance and users run on your system. It can replace a dependency or coexist during migration.

Do you take a commission on charging operations?

We charge for software subscription or private delivery. Split rules are configured by the operator; ledgers are traceable. Commission is not the sales story.

How is private delivery done?

Independent environments, opened by module. Cycle and scope follow commercial assessment; customer portals and organisation permissions can connect.

Is marketing fully automated?

Coupons and membership can land today; some campaign-trigger and recall automation is still deepening. Sales explains the boundary by scene and does not promise “fully automatic marketing”.
