OEMs report attendance, swap counts and tonnes of diesel saved. Energy-carbon teams cannot form a complete evidence chain from kWh, displaced litres, Scope 1 cuts and the green-and-low-carbon clause.

Bind fleets and shifts to EV charging and swap yards. Period energy traces to orders. Displaced diesel and abatement use logged parameters and write back to the green-and-low-carbon clause.
